The receiver has been beautifully and intricately engraved in a sweeping floral scroll pattern covering 99 percent of the visible surface. Features beautifully detailed game birds on the left and right sides in brilliant gold inlay with gold inlaid borders. The underside of the receiver is marked with "K20/KRIEGHOFF/GERMANY" in gold. The name "Badillini" is located just to the right of the trigger guard showing this to be the work of Italian Master Engraver Giacomo Badillini. The engraving extends to the trigger guard, upper tang, and forearm hardware. Fitted with an adjustable single selective trigger; the selector switch is located just forward of the trigger and marked "T/B" on either side respectively. Mounted on a select multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forearm and a European walnut pistol grip stock with a solid Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 3/8 inches. The locking case is aluminum with a red velveteen lining and "KRIEGHOFF/K20" on the underside of the lid. The extra barrels include one set of 30 inch, 28 gauge barrels with 3 inch chambers with ejectors and one set of 30 inch, 410 gauge barrles with 3 inch chambers with ejectors. All barrel sets are fitted with removable choke tube systems. The case also contains twelve extra choke tubes, 20/28/410 gauge choke tube wrench, stock wrench, key and a total of six bore swabs (two for each chambering). Excellent overall with 99% of the original blue finish on the barrels and polished coin on the frame displaying only the most minimal of light handling marks. The engraving and inlays are masterfully executed in incredibly high detail, delicacy and complexity. The wood is excellent with a high amount of very attractive figuring in the buttstock, sharp checkering and minimal light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The case is excellent with some light storage marks. Extra barrels are excellent with only light handling marks.
