With dual bead sights on a vent matte rib. The barrels are ported and outfitted for Kolar barrel sleeves with 20 gauge sleeves installed with 2 3/4 inch chambers. The frame features full coverage engraving with delicate floral scroll designs and wonderfully detailed game bird scenes on the left right and bottom. The left has two high relief gold inlaid quail. The right has a single high relief gold pheasant, and the bottom has a high relief gold grouse. All birds are featured in scenes of their native habitats with inlaid gold wire borders. The trigger guard has more scroll engraving with brilliant gold wire inlay accenting as does the upper tang which is signed "WK" for master engraver and gunsmith Walter Kolouch. Mounted on a multi-point checkered nicely figured walnut forearm with engraved hardware and Schnabel tip and pistol grip stock with checkered flats and a solid Perazzi recoil pad. The case contains 2 sets of barrel tubes in 28 gauge and 410 bore with 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch chambers respectively. The case also includes a stock wrench, grease, extra 20 gauge improved cylinder choke tube and a tool for removing the barrel sleeves. Length of pull is 13 7/8 inches. Extremely fine as master engraved and finished with 99% of the blue finish and some scattered light handling marks. The engravings and inlays are masterfully executed with great attention to detail. The wood is excellent with some small scattered dings on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent. The case is excellent.
