Dated "1905" on the receiver rail. Features a beaded blade front sporting sight on a matte ramp and a four leaf (one standing, three folding) rear express sight with the last leaf further graduated to 1,200 yards. The underside of the barrel has an added sling swivel stud. Mounted on a one-piece walnut stock with multipoint checkering at the forearm and pistol grip, horn forend tip casehardened steel grip cap, sling swivel stud and a flat steel buttplate.

Good as refinished. The barrel, receiver and bolt handle have 85% of the current blue finish with areas of scattered light handling marks, light oxidation that has been blued over and edge wear on the bolt handle, safety and trigger guard. The wood is good with attractive color and grain, scattered light to moderate pressure indentations, well defined checkering, half penny sized chip at the upper tang and a very small repair near the floorplate. Mechanically fine. The bolt release for stripping the rifle is absent, and the bolt will pull directly out during normal cycling.
