With a blade and flip up low light "poacher's bead" style front sight and a three leaf (one standing, two flip up) rear express sight. The heavy barrel is fitted with a muzzle brake and a mid-barrel band for a sling swivel. The maker's name "JOHANNSEN" is inlaid in brilliant gold just forward of the rear sight base. The serial number and caliber markings are also gold inlaid. The single square bridge action is mounted with Eramatic H7 bases and rings with a Schmidt & Bender 4x36 scope. The "SAFE" and "FIRE" markings on the wing style safety are gold inlaid. The stock is a highly figured walnut with contrasting wood forend, multipont checkering at the forearm and pistol grip, blue steel grip cap, shadow line cheekpiece, rear sling swivel and a solid rubber recoil pad.

Excellent overall with 99% original deep polished blue finish. With only minimal light handling marks. Gold inlays are bold and bright. The stock is excellent, with great figuring and minimal handling marks and a small ding on top of the buttstock. Mechanically excellent. Optics are very clear.
