Built on a Mauser style action with a beaded blade on a checkered ramp front and adjustable flip up rear express sights. The barrel and receiver are a deep highly polished blue/black finish with porting at the muzzle. The receiver is fitted with a Griffin & Howe side mounted scope base with a quick release mount and a Schmidt & Bender 3-12x42 scope. The bolt and extractor are brilliantly jeweled. Mounted on a wonderfully hand carved swept pistol grip stock with basket weave checkering, oak leaf and acorn accenting, delicate "S" scrolls, contrasting rosewood forend and grip caps with ebony and white inlays. The underside of the forearm has a beautifully carved highly detailed white bald eagle on a textured ebony background signed "N. HULTGREN". Inlaid diamond shaped panel on the grip cap is marked "WHW". The right side of the buttstock has a highly detailed white tiger on a textured ebony background also signed "N. HULTGREN". Features the classic Winslow "rollover" style cheek piece and a vented rubber recoil pad.

Very fine as masterfully built, stocked and upgraded with 99% of the blue/black finish and minimal light handling marks on the metal. The wood is very fine as hand carved and upgraded with scattered light handling marks and a hairline crack in the ebony background of the tiger inlay as well as a few hairline cracks in the high gloss finish near the bolt handle. Mechanically excellent. Optics are very clear.
