Manufactured between 13 September 1994 and 5 July 1995, this was a Law Enforcement/Government restricted rifle made during the brief window before the Assault Weapon Ban went into effect and restriction stamping became mandatory. The Tactical Carbine is fitted with a host of then-banned features as well as an "A4" pattern flat top upper receiver. Birdcage flash hider and bayonet lug on the 1/9 twist HBAR barrel with the standard commercial markings on the lower receiver (note the absence of the "Restricted" nomenclature as well as the absence of the Sporter trade name). Fitted with a ribbed round forearm, checkered pistol grip, and a 4-position telescoping buttstock.

Excellent with 98% of the original matte black finish showing some light handling marks overall. The furniture is in equal condition. Mechanically excellent.
