Manufactured in 1982. Pin front sight and windage-adjustable 2-leaf peep sight with a bird-cage flash hider and bayonet lug. It has the early flat-sided lower receiver, early pattern (no deflector or forward assist) upper receiver. It has the triangular handguard, checkered pistol grip and composite buttstock with compartment and cleaning tools.

Excellent overall with 98% of the original black finish. With scattered light handling marks. The stock and grip are excellent with light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
