Features a heavy barrel with a 5/8 inch counterbore extending 10 inches back from the muzzle. The barrel is drilled, tapped and mounted with scope blocks, rings and a Lyman Targetspot 15x scope. With two large holes on the bottom of the barrel for a bench rest device. The frame is marked with the Marlin New Haven address and 1861 patent dates. With a single custom adjustable trigger and one finger loop lever. Mounted with a broad flat bench rest style walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a steel crescent buttplate.

Very good as rebarreled and custom reworked original breech block. With 95% of the blue finish on the barrel and traces of case colors on the frame and lever. The refinished stock shows some small hairline cracks where the wood meets the frame, small indentations and general handling marks. Mechanically may need adjustment as the hammer will not consistently hold at full cock.
