This rifle was manufactured between 1870 to 1895, and is fitted with a Stevens 141 full length scope and has the standard J. Stevens A & T Co. markings. The upper tang has a short-mid range peep sight. It is mounted with a straight wrist buttstock with Swiss buttplate.

Very fine. The barrel retains 85% of the original blue finish with the balance brown patina. The frame and buttplate retain 90% plus of the original nickel plating with some minor flaking. The hammer, trigger, and peep sight retain 75% plus of the original niter blue finish. The wood is also very fine with only minor marks and scratches. The blue finish on the scope has lightly thinned to a plum tone. The action and optics are excellent, and the markings are crisp. Correction: this is chambered for a 30 CF cartridge.
