Blade front sight with adjustable buckhorn rear sporting sight on a barrel stamped with the two line address marking on the top barrel flat ahead of the rear sight and "32 W.C.F." at the breech. The upper tang has the three-line model/patent date information with the serial number on the underside of the receiver. Full length magazine tube, casehardened hammer and lever. Mounted on a smooth walnut forearm with steel forend cap and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Fine. The rifle retains 50% of the original blue finish with scattered scratches and dings, brown speckling along the barrel and the receiver aging to a smooth brown patina. The loading gate retains 40% original nitre blue. The markings are clear. The hammer and lever retain 40% vivid case colors. The wood is also fine with scattered scratches, dings and pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
