Blade front and notch rear sights, with "1937" on top of the chamber, the Krieghoff trademark (Type C-2 stamp, as defined in Gibson's "Krieghoff Parabellum") on the toggle link, Luftwaffe weapon office (LWaA) "eagle/2" stamps on a number of components, the triple-set of Eagle proofs on the right side of the receiver, and the Krieghoff six-pointed star on the right side of the grip frame. A fine straw finish is present on the safety, takedown latch, trigger and ejector, with a niter blue finish on the magazine catch, pins and screws. With a pair of brown checkered grips and a nickel magazine with an aluminum base.

Very fine as partially refinished (cold blue on muzzle, frame rails and side plate bump) with balance retaining 85% blue finish, showing a few areas of brown or gray patina, bright edge wear and scattered minor handling marks. The magazine is numbered "4923", while all parts examined during field-strip were properly numbered or unnumbered in the correct style. A few patches of gray are present on the small parts, which retain 30% of the straw and 50% of the niter blue. A few mild dings are present on the grips, which are otherwise excellent. Mechanically excellent.
