The last four digits of the serial number are marked in white in the stock barrel channel and on the vertical face of the trigger housing. The stock is fiberglass bedded and the front handguard is glued to the lower barrel band. The barrel is dated "4-54" and is stamped with the 1960 National Match barrel code. The stock is oil-finished walnut, stamped with the Defense Acceptance Stamp on the left side below the receiver heel, and the encircled "P" proofmark on the underside of the pistol grip.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as upgraded with nearly 99% of the original parkerized finish, light edge wear on the buttplate, and some light handling marks. The wood is also excellent with a rich finish, and just a few scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
