Manufactured in 1955. Fitted with standard fixed blade front and adjustable rear aperture sights, "3 55" dated HRA barrel, and a unique M5 winter trigger that allows the operator to squeeze at the wrist to actuate the trigger, useful in cold environments, that necessitated the wearing of a glove. Mounted on a smooth, oil finished pistol grip stock and handguard set with the DOD stamp on the left side, and a single circled "P" on the underside of the wrist. The left side of the stock is fitted with a steel boot for the included M7 grenade launcher sight. The launcher sight includes a canvas carry case, instructions, and extra stock boot. Also included is an extra standard safety lever, and cleaning tools in a canvas carry case.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 90% of the gray parkerized finish. Showing areas of mild high point and edge wear, handling marks, and cycling marks on the receiver. The wood is very good with a few smaller indentations and general handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
