Closely patterned after the then popular Walther PP type pistols but with a more complex lock work. Working on a very interesting single action design whereby the hammer is cocked with one pull of the trigger and then fired by a second pull. The weapon will then fire in a free semi-automatic manner. This can also be accomplished by pulling the hammer back manually. With a safety switch on the slide next to the rear sight, takedown lever at the front of the trigger guard, heel magazine catch and fitted with checkered plastic grips, marked "SPECIAL". The consignor states the pistol is formerly of the Ernie Lang collection and is listed By Serial Number On page 38, of the September 2008 issue of "Auto Mag". Includes an unmarked leather holster.

Very good as refinished with 80% of the blue. Displaying areas of mild high point and edge wear, some light spotting, and general handling marks. The grips are fair with general handling marks, a chip at the upper rear corner of the left panel, and some cracking on the right panel. Mechanically very good. The holster is good with light age cracking, general handling marks and some scuffs.
