With a fixed barrel integral to the frame, and late type beveled slide, fixed sights, and checkered hard rubber grips with "6.35" inlaid in a brass laurel at the tops. The frame and slide are marked with standard German "crown/N" proofs and the left side of the slide is marked "MENZ KAL 6.35/MODELL II". Includes an original August Menz Model II Box with a small bore brush. The consignor notes this pistol as being formerly of the Ernie Lang Collection.

Very good as refinished with 95% of the period re-blued finish. Displaying areas of mild handling marks, light freckling and some very light spotting. The grips are very good with sharp checkering, and light handling marks. Mechanically very good. The box is fair with separated corners, old tape repairs and general aging marks. This is a hard to find pistol, with an equally hard to find original box.
