Manufactured in the 1920s, the Model 4 retains the signature split ejector port of earlier Helfricht Patent pistols, but with the slide extended the full length of the barrel to give a more conventional appearance. Fixed blade and groove sights, with "Helfricht's-Patent Mod.4" on the left side of the frame, "crown/N" proofs on several parts, a checkered and rounded safety lever and a pair of checkered grips marked "KH" on the left and "Caliber/6,35" on the right. Included with the pistol is an unmarked pigskin pocket holster.

Very fine with 85% of the original blue finish, showing some browning of grip straps, bright edge wear and mild spotting and handling marks overall. The grips are also excellent, with some light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The holster is fair, with cracking and loose stitching.
