Blade front and notch rear sights, with the one line address on the right side of the slide, "Walther's Patent Mod. 8." on the left side over the Walther banner, and "CW" and "6,35" in a set of medallions on the checkered brown plastic grips. The interior of the replacement slide is numbered "766". With a "coin purse" style gray suede soft case.

Excellent as assembled with 98% of the original blue finish overall, showing some edge wear and handling marks. The grips are good, with the monogram mounted upside-down on the panel. Mechanically excellent. The pouch shows a few light stains and scuffs.
