Introduced in 1991. Post front and fully adjustable two position rear peep sight. The carry handle is mounted with a Colt 4x20 scope. It is currently fitted with a short heavy carbine length barrel marked "C MP 5.56 NATO 1/9 HBAR" and has a birdcage style flash suppressor. The right side of the lower receiver is marked "Washington State Patrol" below the case deflector and forward assist. Fitted with a steel four-sided picatinny style rail forearm, HFIRE fore grip with LED light, a synthetic checkered pistol grip, and a CMI three position telescoping buttstock with a rubber recoil pad. Complete with a hardcase, an extra complete upper receiver with 20 inch, 1/7 twist HBAR barrel, extra A2 stock with buffer and recoil spring, cleaning tools, small parts, and a black nylon sling. Magazine absent.

Very good as configured custom. The rifle retains 95% of the matte black finish with minor scattered scratches. The stock is excellent with only slight handling marks. The case is very good with some minor scuff marks. The scope has clear optics. The fore grip light is functional. Mechanically excellent.
