Manufactured in 1941. The barrel is fitted with a ramped beaded blade front sight with a hood, and an elevation adjustable sporting semi-buckhorn notch sight. The barrel and receiver feature standard markings. The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped with filler screws in place. The left side of the receiver is non-factory drilled and tapped for a side scope mount and a receiver sight. Mounted on a multi-point checkered pistol grip stock with sling swivels and a checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine with 85% plus of the slightly faded original blue. Showing some small areas of light edge wear, clear markings, and scattered light spotting. The wood is also very fine with some small indentations, a larger blemish on the right side under the receiver rail, and some variance in wood tone from light to dark mostly on the left side. Mechanically excellent.
