Manufactured in 1897. Features a dual steel bead front and mid bead sights on solid matte rib barrels marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN CONN. DAMASCUS STEEL", 2 9/16 inch chambers with extractor, choked modified/modified. The box lock action is scroll engraved with "PARKER BROS" and game bird scenes on the sides and a game bird scene on the underside. The engravings also extend to the trigger guard, recoil shields, break lever, and forearm hardware. The water table is marked with the patent dates and "2/85813/G". Double triggers and tang safety. Mounted on a checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with factory hard rubber grip cap, blank initial shield and a Parker Brothers "dog head" hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull is 13 3/8 inches. Complete with a Winchester leather bound takedown case.

Very good overall as partially refinished. The barrels retains 95% of the brown finish with strong damascus patterns and minor muzzle wear. The action retains 20% of the original case colors and has faded to a smooth silver patina. The engravings are clear. The wood is good as freshened with scattered scratches, dings, and pressure dents. The checkering has moderate wear. The case is very fine with minor age discoloration. Mechanically excellent.
