The barrel has the very early markings that consist of an Ordnance "Shell and Flame" above "W.R.A." and the "12-42" date. The date is stamped parallel to the bore. All of the components have the correct Winchester markings. The stock has the early Ordnance inspection markings that consist of "WRA/GHD" in a rectangle followed by the Ordnance escutcheon. Fitted with an extended M2 style magazine, and includes one standard magazine and an oiler bottle.

Rating Definition:

Very fine with 85% plus of the original war time gray/green parkerized finish. Showing some areas of mild high point and edge wear, light brown patina, and general handling marks. The wood is also very fine with clear, crisp markings, general handling marks and a few scattered deeper indentations. Mechanically excellent.
