This shotgun was manufactured in 1964 and has nearly full coverage semi-relief engraving on the receiver, trigger guard, safety and forearm hardware. The left side of the receiver shows five pheasants in a wooded field surrounded by floral scroll, the right side shows four ducks in a marshy area, the trigger guard shows two rabbits and the underside of the receiver shows two partridges in flight. The engravers signature "R.DEWIL" is found on the left side of the frame in the center towards the bottom edge. This example has a 28 inch vent rib barrel with dual white bead sights, is choked full/imp. modified and has 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors. Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered, varnished walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with a vented Pachmayr White Line recoil pad. Length of pull is 13 3/4 inches. Additional barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .724/.725 inches; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .038/.037 inches; drop at comb 1 1/2 inch; drop at heel 1 1/2 inch; 0 cast.

Excellent with 99% of the blue on the barrels. Showing light general handling marks. The receiver has light handling marks and some light spotting on the trigger guard. The wood is excellent with only light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
