It features: fixed silver beaded blade front and a manual flip up rear notch sight on the matte and "BRUNO HAEUSSNER MAGDEBURG" marked rib, claw style scope mounts, standard pre-war proofmarks and caliber markings, a scalloped box lock action with a running stag on the right side and a smaller roe deer on the left, broad floral scroll engraving with punch dot backgrounds, matching serials numbers, a checkered Schnabel tip forearm and pistol grip stock with a horn grip cap, raised cheekpiece, and a checkered horn buttplate. Length of pull is 13 3/4 inches.

Fine with 60% of the original finish. The barrels display a few dents closer to the muzzle, some pitting, general handling marks, and areas of a smooth brown patina. The frame has mostly aged to a mottled silver/gray patina with fine engraving and a darker patina on the trigger guard. There are some general handling marks, small forearm chip, and light spotting throughout. The wood is fine with some smoothed checkering, scattered small indentations, and chipping on the buttplate. Mechanically very good.
