A) Smith & Wesson Fourth Model .32 Double Action Revolver with Scarce 6 Inch Barrel

Description:

Manufactured from 1883 to 1909. With a pinned round blade front and rear notch sights, standard markings and checkered hard rubber grips with the S&W monogram at the tops. The hammer, trigger and trigger guard have a deep blue/black finish. All visible serial numbers are matching.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as refinished with most of the period applied nickel finish. Showing some small areas of light pitting under the nickel and light handling marks. The grips are excellent with light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

Description:

As stated in the included factory letter, this revolver was shipped from Smith & Wesson on October 15, 1913 and delivered to E.K. Tryon Co. of Philadelphia, PA. The letter goes on to confirm the barrel length, nickel finish and checkered grips. With a forged round blade front and raised notch rear sights, checkered grip safety and casehardened trigger. The grips have the S&W logo molded at the top with diamond patterns at the screws. All visible serial numbers are matching.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with 95% plus original nickel finish. Showing some light handling marks, light muzzle wear and scattered light spotting. The grips are excellent with light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
