Description:

1) "Cheyenne" by Frederic Remington (American: 1861-1909). The bronze depicts a Cheyenne warrior on horse back holding a spear at full gallup. The artist's signature is on the bronze base in gold lettering. The bronze measures approximately 21" high x 27" long x 9" wide. Mounted on a 1" black marble plinth with a brass plaque marked "CHEYENNE". The bronze weighs approximately 38 lbs. 2) "End of the Trail" by James Earle Fraser (American: 1876-1953). The bronze depicts a Native American warrior holding a spear, both rider and horse have their heads bowed. The artist signature is on the bronze base in gold lettering. The bronze measures approximately 20" high x 20" long x 8" wide. Mounted on a 1" black marble plinth with brass plaque marked "END OF THE TRAIL". The bronze weighs approximately 35 lbs.

Rating Definition:

Both bronzes are excellent with only slight handling marks and a smooth dark patina.
