Manufactured in Austria in 1962. This Steyr bolt action rifle features a hooded ramp front and two leaf folding rear sights on the barrel. The receiver is mounted with a Kahles Wien Helia 39L2 variable power scope. The receiver has standard markings and is fitted with a polished "butter knife" bolt handle with serrations on the inner surface. The fixed floor plate is marked "STOEGER / ARMS / CORPORATION / MADE IN AUSTRIA". The full length pistol grip stock features coarse checkering at the forearm and grip, a front sling swivel, hard rubber grip cap, rear sling swivel eye, and a serrated plastic buttplate.

Very fine with 95% of the original polished blue finish. Displaying areas of light edge wear near the muzzle, and general handling marks. The wood is fine with well defined checkering, numerous small indentations throughout, and general handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The optics are clear.
