Manufactured in 1932. The barrel is marked "COLT SHOOTING MASTER .38" on the left and the two-line address/patent dates on the top. Features an adjustable Partridge front sight and adjustable target rear sight. The frame is marked with the Rampant Colt and the Colt "VP" triangle proof is marked on the lower left side directly above the trigger guard bow with "3" at the rear. Checkered trigger, hammer, front and back straps. The hammer has polished sides. Fitted with checkered grips with silver Colt medallions.

Excellent with 95% of the original blue finish with minor scratches overall, minor muzzle wear, and two faint cylinder drag lines. The grips are very fine with some minor dings. The checkering is crisp. Mechanically excellent.
