Manufactured in 1933. This easily concealable design chambered in the scarce 22 long rifle. The barrel marked on the left "22 BANKERS/ SPECIAL", the two-line address/patent dates on the right side and the Rampant Colt is marked on the left side of the frame. Blade front and frame notch rear sights and fitted with checkered grips with silver Colt medallions. Includes a Colt factory letter that confirms the revolvers configuration and that it was part of a shipment of two sent to Kimball Sporting Goods Company of Tacoma, Washington on July 17, 1933. Complete with correct hinged lid Colt factory box numbered to another gun and test target.

Excellent plus in the original box with 99% of the original blue finish with a few minor scratches on the frame, minor scattered brown speckling and a very faint cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with crisp checkering. The box is fine with two corners separating on the lid. Mechanically excellent.
