Manufactured in 1924. Adjustable beaded blade front and "U" notch adjustable rear sights, with the two-line address and patent dates on top of the barrel and "COLT POLICE/POSITIVE CAL.22" on the left side with the Rampant Colt on the side plate and "VP" and "3" on the left side of the frame. Fitted with checkered grips with "C" and "COLT" imprints. Complete with the correct Colt factory "maroon" box numbered to the gun with the end label and instruction sheet.

Very fine overall. The revolver retains 94% of the original blue finish with slight handling marks, some minor pitting on the right side of the frame and a faint cylinder drag line. The grips are very good with some minor scratches and dings. The checkering is crisp. The box is very good with some minor scuff marks, corner and edge wear and the end labels partially obliterated. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured in 1941. Fixed sights with the two-line address/patent dates on top of the barrel, the model and caliber markings on the left side of the barrel, "VP" and "3" on the left trigger guard shoulders and the Rampant Colt on the side plate. All blue finish with a checkered trigger and hammer. The cylinder catch and ejector rod are also checkered. Fitted with a pair of checkered grips with silver Colt medallions. Complete with the correct Colt factory "maroon" box numbered to the gun with the end label, hanging tag and instruction sheet.

Excellent with 98% of the original blue finish with only slight handling marks, slight scattered brown speckling and a faint cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with crisp checkering. The box is good with minor scattered scuff marks, minor corner wear, spots of black discoloration on the lid and two corners separated on the lid. Mechanically excellent.
