This is a pistol version of the 1927 Thompson that was made without a stock. It has a blade front and folding elevator rear sights, with a ribbed barrel and standard markings on the receiver. Closed bolt operation, with a "Type L" drum magazine. Contoured front pistol grip and finger grooved rear grip. With an original 1936 dated small pocket handbook of the Thompson Submachine gun, two U.S. Navy marked disassembly manuals and one reproduction Auto Ordnance manual.

Excellent with 99% of the original blue finish with only slight handling marks. The wood is very good with minor scattered scratches. Mechanically excellent.
