This beautiful women's wrist watch is cased in 18 karat gold with a bright dial and gold chain link band. The dial show gold washed hands and Roman numeral hour markers. The movement lid is marked "18K" on the back and "0,750/PATEK,PHILIPPE&Co/GENEVA/SWISS/REF.2249/049051" on the interior. The movement is marked "No. 853723/EIGHTEEN (18)JEWELS/ADJUSTED FIVE (5) POSITIONS/THREE (3)HEAT, COLD, ISOCHRONISM/PATEK, PHILIPPE & Co/GENEVE SWISS".

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with a few light handling marks and some very light spotting on the dial. Appears to function fine.
