The movement is marked "No. 853723/EIGHTEEN (18)JEWELS/ADJUSTED FIVE (5) POSITIONS/THREE (3)HEAT, COLD, ISOCHRONISM/PATEK, PHILIPPE & Co/GENEVE SWISS".

Very fine, with a few light handling marks and some very light spotting on the dial. Appears to function fine.
