The left front of the trigger guard is marked with the Colt "VP" triangle proof and marked "1" on the left rear. Fitted with checkered grips with the Rampant Colt in an oval at the tops. Rating Definition:

Good. All metal has a smooth gray patina with strong original blue finish on the barrel around and under the ejector rod housing and in the cylinder flutes. There are a few minor tool marks on the cylinder. The grips are fair with most of the checkering worn smooth. All the markings are clear. The action is excellent.
