WORKS St. MARY'S SQUARE LONDON", standard proofs on the flats, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, modified/improved modified chokes, and a small importer mark on the underside of the rib at the muzzle. Scroll engraved cross bolt receiver with standard maker's marks and proofs, side safety, and dual triggers. Checkered forearm and stock with a blank silver initial oval and checkered hard rubber buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech.732/.733 inch; minimum wall thickness .033/.033 inch; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches. With Greener leather bound takedown case.

Fine as refinished (barrels). 95% of the blue finish remains with some light dings and scratches, and sharp markings. The receiver has 25% original muted case colors with some light spotting, and a dark gray patina on the balance. The refinished wood is also fine with moderately worn checkering, small dings throughout, and a visible crack on the left side of the wrist at the frame junction. Mechanically excellent. Case is poor with broken latch, scuffs and wear throughout, and heavy interior wear and staining.
