Manufactured in 1920. A single brass bead sight is installed on the bayonet lug, with a one-line "1918" patent date and a 6-hole ventilated heat shield, cylinder choke, 2 3/4 inch chamber and the model and trademark on the operating rod. Fitted with a ribbed forearm and a smooth pistol grip stock, with a leather sling, checkered Winchester buttplate, and a length of pull of 13 3/4 inches. With an undated Remington bayonet, 20 5/8 inches long with a 16 inch blade and a wood grip.

Very fine, with 85% of the bright original blue finish, showing patches of brown and gray patina concentrated on the right side of the receiver, tool marks on the heat shield screws, mild cycling wear and scattered handling marks. The stock is excellent, with light dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. The bayonet is fine as arsenal refurbished, missing the scabbard.
