The receiver is engraved with African game scenes of elephant on the right and cape buffalo on the left with the balance featuring fine scroll and border engraving. The left scene is signed "FP". Checkered forearm with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece and solid recoil pad. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 1/4 inches; drop at heel 2 1/8 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches.

Excellent. 99% original finish remains with sharp engraving and some light handling marks. The wood is also excellent with sharp checkering, some light dings, and small surface scratches. Mechanically excellent.
