Introduced in 1949 and adopted by the Swiss Army, the P210 has commanded a long lasting reputation as a reliable and accurate sidearm, remaining active as a military service weapon and being sought out by civilian shooters up to the modern day. Matching serial numbers are present on the left side of the slide and frame, right side of the barrel and on the back of the hammer group, "Swiss Cross in Shield" ahead of the rear sight, "SIG" maker's mark and conjoined "BP" proof on the slide and "P" (privat) on the left side of the trigger guard. No importer markings are visible. Fitted with a manual safety, magazine well safety, checkered slide catch, heel-mounted magazine catch and checkered grips.

Very fine with 85% plus of the original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear, scattered mild handling marks, and a few spots and streaks of brown patina concentrated on the frame rails and the underside of the frame ahead of the trigger guard. The grips are also very fine with some dents and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
