Manufactured in 1934. Fixed sights, with the Police Positive nomenclature on the left side of the barrel, two-line address on top, "VP" and "4" on the trigger guard, and the Rampant Colt on the side plate. Fitted with a set of medallion grips. With a Colt "black box" numbered "434643" and "6-8038-G1" on the underside, bearing a black-on-white "SPECIAL" and white-on-blue "POLICE/POSITIVE/WOOD SPECIAL BLUE" label, with instruction sheet and cleaning rod.

Near new in box, with 99% plus original blue finish, showing some light edge wear and minor handling marks overall. The grips are excellent. The box is very fine, with light scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
