Confirmed by the included Colt factory letter, this revolver is an d experimental prototype revolver in brushed stainless steel kept by the Colt factory. The letter also confirms the caliber, 6 inch barrel marked with model and caliber information on the left side and maker and address on right side, finish, rubber wraparound stocks with gold Rampant Colt medallions, and Rampant Colt marked on side plate. Has serrated ramp blade front and adjustable notch rear sights. Complete with Colt maroon Heritage of Craftsmanship box with Custom Shop end label numbered to the gun and stocks listed as "NONE". Also includes a metal rimmed paper tag hand marked "BRUSHED".

Excellent, with a few mild handling marks and a noticeable cylinder drag line. The grips are near new with only the slightest handling marks. The box is fine.
