Manufactured in 1956. Single bead sight on the solid matte rib with standard barrel markings, 2 3/4 inch chamber, improved cylinder choke, and Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver top at the breech. The barrel is also stamped with a single "P" inside an oval indicating a factory replacement barrel, fitted outside of the Winchester repair shop. Fancy diamond pattern checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with blue steel grip cap and checkered Winchester plastic buttplate. Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 inches; length of pull 14 inches.

Very fine as factory rebarreled. 85% plus original blue finish remains with some light edge wear, cycling marks, surface scratches, and some bright spotting on top of the receiver. The refinished wood is also very fine with numerous dings and scratches, Mechanically excellent.
