Manufactured in 1957/58. 4-screw frame and red insert front and fully adjustable square notch rear sights. With original black S&W .44 Magnum case and tools including knurled handle aluminum screwdriver. Rare 4-screw variation with "forward" roll marking on the barrel.

Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue and casehardened finishes showing a slight cylinder line. The grips are fine with a few tiny marks along the bottom edge and crisp checkering overall. The case is fine with minimal handling/storage marks on the exterior and a few tears on the lining. A seldom seen variation of the .44 Magnum series!
