This revolver was manufactured for the 1994 Colt Collectors Association show in Portland, Oregon, and has excellent Oregon themed engraving and inlays, including the serial number on a golden plate on the bottom of the frame, Mt. Hood in silver and gold over "MT. HOOD" engraved in a banner on the left side of the frame at the breech, a gold covered wagon and oxen on the recoil shield, a gold beaver over "THE/BEAVER/STATE" on the right side at the breech, the state flag in gold on a silver pole on the loading gate, the state in silver on the top of the back strap, "PORTLAND" in a gold banner on the back strap, and "COLT/COLLECTORS/ASSOC, 1994" above the heel. The revolver has nearly 100% coverage ornate scroll engraving throughout accented by gold wire inlaid bands and borders. Only a few areas such as the front sight, cylinder flutes, and front strap remain smooth. Even the loading cut-out and inner edges of the ejector housing are engraved. The latter is signed "HMD &/GIDGET" at the rear by the cylinder pin, and "HMD" is signed again on the left side of the butt. It comes with the original shipping sleeve and blue box. The end label has some details that do not match, but does confirm the caliber, master engraving, and grips.

Excellent overall with only minor handling and storage type marks. Mechanically excellent. The boxes are very good with mild storage wear. Overall an absolutely stunning and one-of-a-kind Colt.
