Manufactured in 1978 and since masterfully engraved with intricate scroll engraving accented by gold bands and borders, arrows on the top strap, a plains Native American in war bonnet on the recoil shield, bison head on the loading gate, and eagle on the top of the back strap. The engraver's initials "RJC" are inscribed on the upper left of the front strap. The engraver has not been identified, but these same initials have been found on at least two engraved Winchester shotguns. The serial numbers match, and the standard markings remain among the designs.
