Description:

Manufactured in 1906, this rifle has a dovetailed inverted "V" front sight and an elevation adjustable sporting style rear sight. The oval "W/P" proofmark is stamped on the top rear of the barrel and top front of the receiver along with the other standard markings. It is mounted on a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with Winchester checkered plastic buttplate. Serial numbers are matching.

Rating Definition:

Excellent overall, with 90% plus of the bright original blue finish. Displaying areas of edge wear, some light surface scratches, minor dings and light brown freckling scattered throughout. Wood is extremely fine with most of the original varnish. Mechanically excellent. Seldom are these found in this high condition!
