Description:

Constructed from black patent leather, with a 6 inch square top with gold painted trim and pre-pierced slot for an accent piece and golden trip, set on a red felt platform with gold trim. A blond horse hair tassel is present in the slot. The cap band is also red felt with gold trim, and a prominent crowned eagle plate is positioned on the front. The chinstrap is leather faced with brass scales, and the visor is black leather. The interior is lined in brown cloth, with rubberized webbing and brass mounting hardware.

Rating Definition:

Good as restored with the body totally redyed black. A few areas of trim have been touched up with gold paint. The chinstrap is reinforced with electrical tape, and the rear half of the webbing is absent. Mild stains are present on the felt.
