Manufactured in the Victorian era. This matching pair has elaborate acanthus scroll, Celtic rope, and British martial patterns. The top of the grip has a crest of a female griffin sergeant over a torse. They are equipped with blade and notch sights, traditional ball triggers, belt hooks, and have ramshorn pommels with threaded picks.

Fine with dark brown patina mixed with traces of bright original blue finish and light oxidation on the barrel and lock, aged patina on the German silver, absent ramrod and hammer screw head, and generally crisp markings and engraving. Mechanically fine.
