The case lid plaque is inscribed "Best Weapon/C.A.D.A./ Winter 1996" (Collector Arms Dealer Association). The two inch barrel has a brass cone front sight and "-L.H. SMITH- FLA. U.S.A.-" on top and is finished bright. The cylinder is also finished bright. The frame and grip frame are silver placed. The small parts are niter blue. The overall length is about 3 3/4 inches. The case also contains a miniature cap tin, flask, and bore rod. The hammer cocks and fires. The cylinder must be manually rotated, and the trigger does not fold.
