Description:

Manufactured about 1900 and measuring 14 1/4 inches wide and 28 1/2 inches tall, this display is constructed from hardwood, with "Imperial Chemical Industries, Ltd." painted across the top. The contents show the process of manufacturing an Eley-brand gas tight water-resistant shot shell from component parts, demonstrating the individual steps of producing the sub-components of the shell, starting with the unrolled and uncut paper hull at the top and culminating in a completed cut-away shell at the bottom.

Rating Definition:

Fine with some light stains and wear overall. All the internal components are solidly mounted.
