Fixed sights, with "42" date on the chamber and "byf" manufacturer code on the toggle. The barrel extension is marked with a pair of "eagle/135" proofs and an "eagle/ swastika" proof, which is repeated on the barrel and breechblock. Excluding the alloy base magazine, external numbers match. Marked "P.08" on the side, with blue small parts and checkered hardwood grips. Included with the pistol is a "DLU/1940" marked holster and an extra wood base grip.

Very fine, with 85% plus of the original blue finish, showing bright edge and high point wear, areas of gray patina, and scattered handling marks. The grips are also very fine, with some tiny chips, dents and stains. The holster is fine, with a hole in the body and some scuffs and cracks. Mechanically excellent.
