This is the twenty-seventh rifle out of 100 in this model to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the .30-06 cartridge. These rifles have serial numbers between 10-1906 and 10-2006. This rifle has a hooded, ramped beaded blade front and fixed rear sights. The quarter rib is grooved for scope mounting with a set of engraved Talley quick detachable scope rings holding a Swarovski 3-9x36 Habicht scope. The receiver is engraved with bold floral scroll designs and highly detailed animal scenes of a deer on the right and a mountain lion on the left. The grip cap is engraved with "100 YEARS", "30-06" and "1906-2006" along with some flourishes of floral scroll engraving. With a beautifully figured Bastogne walnut two piece stock with fancy fleur de-lis-carved checkering, shadow line cheekpiece, and solid recoil pad.

Excellent overall. 99% plus original finish remains with crisp checkering and just a few light handling marks on the well-figured wood. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with clear optics.
