Manufactured in 1943, this pistol later passed through the Springfield Armory, where it was armorer upgraded for use in the national pistol matches. Serrated Patridge blade front sight with a "first style" fixed high-rise square notch rear sight on the Remington-Rand slide, which has been numbered to match the frame and fitted with a matching numbered Colt "NM 7790429" barrel and a "7267718/NM" bushing. The frame is stamped "T", "SA" and "NM" on the right side, and is fitted with a long adjustable plastic trigger, checkered front strap, thin hammer, arched checkered mainspring housing, checkered walnut grips and an unmarked full-blue magazine.

Fine as arsenal refurbished and upgraded with 85% of the thin gray parkerized finish remaining, areas of mild edge wear, handling marks, and faint markings. The grips are very good with some light dings and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
